After centuries of tradition and wine culture, the Principe Pallavicini Estate completes its product range with its very own Brut spumante of Malvasia Puntinata, the noblest, most precious, and historic white grape variety of Lazio.

The same variety used with great success in our ROMA DOC Bianco. The Brut project arises also thanks to the dedication of our winemaker, Maria Barbara Conti and is the fruit of a very early harvest (at the beginning of August) to offer a crisp and pleasant product adaptable to any occasion.

The Estate has realized a dream, the fruit of the toil of the farmers that work in the vineyard, that work in the cellar and the expert sparkling wine-making experts that took great care at every stage of production.
